The problem
Tim Hortons, McDonald's and Starbucks each have their own rewards app. Your regulars already juggle too many.
Linkify Rewards is our own product. It puts many businesses' rewards in one app, so a customer can reach the right business in seconds and find new places nearby.
How we approached it
We designed around the moment at the counter. Saved businesses and location come first, and discovery never gets in the way of reaching a saved business.
Every business page and the home screen are built from blocks that a business edits in its dashboard. The app and the preview draw them with the same renderer, so a local cafe and a large chain both fit without a new release.

A customer app, a business dashboard and the server behind them. The in store counter app comes next.
Business pages: Each business builds its own branded page from blocks in the dashboard and sees a live preview. Customers can join, save it as a favourite and save its offers.
Member card: The card tab shows the member's code the moment it opens and brightens the screen so it scans easily.
Explore: Customers search by name, browse a map and filter by category, starting from the interests they picked.
